Sounds like a histamine intolerance! I can eat strawberries but can’t have any wines or margaritas or mixed drinks! Or alcohol in general 😂

Strawberries & red wine are high in histamines. Which can cause facial flushing. Do some research on histamines.

Acidic fruits , alcohol, and other acidic things all have histamine. Aka, avoid them
