Personally I feel that since They own the cards they can list it for whatever they think it’s worth and if someone snags it way over priced that’s fine. Today at a card show I found a Paul skenes /399 worth $35 and he wanted $150 I showed him recent comps and he still wanted to try to sell for more and I think that’s okay
