it's always been white and gold to me. I wanna see that dress in person for sure. quick question thooo when I do a 1-2-2 20g starter but like 10g heavier on the flour my starter peaks reliably in 12 hours or so. but when I try to start with less starter it takes more time to peak? any idea why this happens?
