Nick kept pronouncing it wrong but wrote it correctly on his vid title. Also he made tonkotsu ramen with chashu (braised pork). There was no katsu in the video. She's just making a point and informing y'all that tonkotsu and tonkatsu are two different things.

Watched both videos and here’s the problem: he said he was making “tonKAtsu” ramen, which is a breaded and fried cutlet we’ve seen as a topping. What he actually made was “tonKOtsu” ramen which is the pork bone broth. TLDR he mispronounced the word throughout the video.
