Cut the split ends off, do plaits and keep them in for minimum 3 months. In that time you will wash your plots every two weeks and deep condition the plaits. When you take them out in 3 months detangle properly, do a proper protein treatment and put them, rest for a month and repeat. And plaits I’ve found are the best because you’ll also be able to use serums to grow your hairline at the same time

trim it, get braids use them for 6 weeks,wash it every second week( don't worry it it gets fuzzy) give your hair a break for 4 weeks then braid again. keeping going in that pattern. try not to relax the hair or if you really don't want to deal with 4c then relax it maybe twice a year? just keep it at a minimum. oil and moisturize your hair often and every wash day use deep conditioners
