One time I took off the 18% auto grat for a table and let them know I took it off and he’s said thanks so much!! I appreciate it!! Then tipped me 30% I guess ppl just like having the choice idk it’s weird to me tbh

We always do autograt for parties over 8, no matter what. It’s not up to me. I love that because it just is what it is and I don’t have to argue because that’s just company policy
