He being disabled should have priority first floor. Also I know elevators aren’t easy to fix . Parts usually have to be ordered over seas and only licensed techs can work on them . And they usually work several states so it can be a while . I do think he should have priority first floor. But what would he do if there was a major power outage and it was down for weeks you’d be stuck either way . ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 In the end you have to make decisions best for yourself.
