She never came out. Her devastated mother, Venice Vosloo, went looking and found her baby girl lying lifeless on the bathroom floor. The silent killer? Carbon monoxide poisoning from a deadly gas geyser the lodge owner had installed inside the bathroom, no ventilation, no pipe to the outside, no safety checks.
