Everyone saying “you can’t shower without your phone?” No, I cannot. As someone with adhd and depression I find showering an extremely difficult task that takes a lot of energy. And personally, I would rather not have to listen to the voices in my head the entire time. So I enjoy watching a show or listening to music while I shower. If you don’t need this, good for you!!! But let’s not start hating on others when you know nothing about their lifestyle
