try lower the guard for more rom and you can bend your knees a little not as much as rdl but just enough so you can prevent injury

Nc but try not to move head that much bc your head/neck is connected to your spine and doing it like that increases the chance of hitting your lower back. Keep the head close to your chest and don’t move it while doing-go watch how boonie badger does it!!
