@dreaming.trang: New matcha spot alert!!! 🍵⚠️ 📍Kumi Café, Kruisplein, Rotterdam. My honest review:👇🏻 🍵 Drinks: The matcha drinks are categorized into three tiers. The highest-quality tier is priced at €7 and definitely tastes the best, with a rich, deep umami flavor. The other options are €6 and €5. Unfortunately, the €5 matcha tasted quite bad, so I wouldn’t recommend ordering it. That being said, I do think €7 for a matcha latte is quite pricey. 🍰 Desserts: I ordered the Basque cheesecake, matcha tiramisu, matcha cake roll, and matcha ice cream with mochi topping. All of them were good, but the tiramisu and Basque cheesecake were a solid 10/10! The cake prices are reasonable, ranging from €4–€5 each. ☕️ They also serve coffee, Japanese sandwiches (sandos), and a wide variety of other desserts and pastries. ❗️The queue can be quite long, I waited around 20 minutes to be seated. I’d recommend avoiding weekends or coming early if possible (they open at 9 AM). Overall: 9/10. Friendly staff, a nice interior, and clean restrooms.
