@motorsportsmarshal: Flagging is not about waving as hard or as fast as possible. It is about visibility, clarity and consistency. Drivers and riders rely on us to communicate instantly at high speed. At 200 to 300 km/h, there is no time for confusion. A lazy wave can be missed. An unclear movement can create hesitation. And hesitation at race speed is dangerous. Every flag has a specific technique so it is recognised immediately, whether it is green, yellow or red. This is one of those small details that most fans never notice, but every driver depends on. Save this if you’re learning to marshal. Follow for real trackside motorsport education from behind the barriers. #MotorsportMarshal #RaceSafety #Formula1 #MotoGP #Flagging101
Also im just very curious, if its okay to ask. have you also been like the marshal who waves the green flag at the back of the grid, just before the startinglights come on? im just a very curious guy who likes your content 😃✨

TarwGoch :
Does every flag really have a different waving technique? So the rider or driver recognises the shape you're making as well as the colour?
