I have that exact same problem when I first started writing fanfiction😅. it started with one shots of conversations I had wanted to see in Canon but got very draining to actually do so now I'm repurposing them into an actual linear fic. I don't know how I'm going to incorporate them yet but they are going in I already have an outline and two to three chapters already written.
