Eloise could’ve been season 4 but Benedict couldn’t be season 5. Same thing here, Francesca could be season 5 but Eloise couldn’t be season 6.

Besides the Pall Mall theory, I kept saying that Eloise needs to be lonely, like LONELY. So I think Pen getting married first as her bestie and then Benedict being her closest sibling, it really seals the deal. I mean the empty swing imagery 🥺

also it would just be in rlly bad taste for fran to jump into a new romantic relationship, especially when she said at the end of s4 that she has had her one great love already. she needs time to mourn and navigate a life without john before being ready to love again

My biggest give away was Eloise wearing purple. At the end of sessions 2 we see Colin wear purple and the creators confirmed that it was because he was ready for love. I don’t think Eloise has ever wore purple before💜💜

As soon as I saw Eloise and hyacinth’s scene I knew her season was next. Them having Eloise comfort her sister was a turning point for her character and I’m so excited to see her season

I never even thought of Eloise running away to be like a governess. That would be really cool actually. Eloise and Phillip are intellectual creatures and her teaching the kids and finding love with Phillip would be so cute.

I recently noticed that all the weddings in Bridgerton take place indoors, whether it's a house or a church, except for the wedding of Benedict and Sophie! They get married in a garden, away from the city, and there are a lot of flowers. I immediately thought of this as a reference to Eloise's book, where she spends a lot of time at the Crane estate, and to Philip's letters with flowers

I don’t think that Eloise’s wedding will be the conventional wedding that we have seen the past few seasons. I imagine them eloping and just having Penelope and her siblings and violet there.

I think Eloise got more in touch with her own, deeper feelings and needs. Lots of what we hear her talk about are these huge, grand plans and ideas, but she hadn’t considered what the details of that plan could involve, and over the past 4 seasons she’s seen those details flesh out, good or bad.

there are some people that have this idea that Eloise writing Phillip needed to be "set up" in season 4 and that bc they didn't set it up at the end of 4, that means 5 is for sure not her season. which confuses me a bit bc like...why would they not be able to set up her writing him at the start of Eloise's season? To Sir Phillip is the shortest book of the main 8 Bridgerton books and that's a great hook for the first couple of episodes. it would be like saying season 4 couldn't be Benedict's bc in season 3 they didn't end by introducing Sophie or the Lady in Silver. ultimately I don't think it is evidence that season 5 IS her season but it certainly isn't evidence that it is not

Maybe Philip crane comes to see pens family, as they did take her in and tell her that marina is gone. Eloise is there visiting pen and Colin and she says if theres anything she can do to help to Philip just write to her or something. I wouldn’t know how they would otherwise say about marina. Or Philip writes to pens family and they are too sad to reply and Eloise takes it upon to write for them to him.

I would also like to add- I think hyacinth’s rejection to John’s death and her fear of marriage afterwards is even sadder when you remember that she is the child Violet was pregnant with when Edmond died. Up until that point, she’s heard of her parents great love and the full life they shared- never getting to see it or even meet her father. She has seen her mother advocate for love matches, and watched her older siblings find that. All of which added to her excitement about debuting and finding her own match… just to be shot down with how detrimental and heartbreaking that can be. Sure Edmund died, but she wasn’t around to really see its effects, and by the time she was old enough to start understanding they were probably speaking less of Edmunds death and more of the wonderful parts of his life. I’m sure it effects her undoubtedly, but she continues with her hope for love even through lords featheringtons death, which she mentions; John’s death was the first she got to see personally dealt with within her family, by her sister, the closest people too her- that is when the reality hit her of how sad and scary love can be in those aspects, saying herself she needs to let go of the “fantasies of love” because your husband will “probably die anyway”. The fear she feels in that moment of realizing the reality of what one of the worst sides of love can look like is so sad to me.

I really feel like the Philoise story has so much potential! Phillip is intellectual and doesn’t enjoy society at all, just like Eloise, and I feel like the show may have him support and facilitate her academic interests. She’ll have much more freedom as a married woman than she would have as a spinster
