@counselingwithindigo: ⚠️IF YOU BRING IT TO AN EVENT ONCE, YOU WILL BE ASKED EVERY TIME⚠️ VERMICELLI PASTA SALAD: Marinade: 4 TBS vegetable oil 1 TBS @Lawry’s Seasoning 1 TBS Accent Seasoning 3 TBS lemon juice Ingredients: 12 oz vermicelli noodles (broken in half) 1/4 cup red onion (or shallot) finely diced 3/4 cup green bell pepper finely diced 2 cups celery finely diced 4 oz chopped black olives 4 oz chopped pimentos, drained 1 cup @Hellmann’s Mayonnaise mayonnaise Instructions: 1. Cook pasta with added salt to water 2. While pasta cooks, mix all marinade ingredients in a large bowl 3. Rinse pasta 4. Add pasta to marinade mixture. Mix well 5. Marinate overnight in fridge, stirring on occasion 6. The next morning, add in finely chopped vegetables, drained olives, drained pimentos to the marinated pasta mixture 7.
