@thecircadianbros: There are two clarifications I want to make! YOU SHOULD NEVER BURN! A burn is an advantageous signal because you naturally want to AVOID it. The longer you go through this process I described in the video, you will be surprised at how well you begin to understand the amount of sun your body can handle. When you know deep down that you’ve gotten enough (BEFORE you have gotten enough to burn you), THAT is when you should seek shade or put clothes on. The reason sunscreen is bad is because it allows you to stay in the sun LONGER than your body wants you to. People don’t know this, but blue light is also high energy and creates reactive oxygen species that contribute to inflammation and cellular damage. So, not only does sunscreen block UV light (which creates the sensation of a burn and gets you out of the sun) it also allows you to spend WAY more time under high energy blue light without realizing you’ve gotten too much. Stop wearing sunscreen and learn to respect nature! The only exception is if you have no shade or clothes.#holistichealth#sunlight#sunburn#tanning#sunscreen
