@cher.spirit: She lived through things I can't imagine and never once called it anxiety. She just knew how to move the fear through her body instead of letting it live there. I wish I'd learned this sooner. #anxiety #panicdisorder #anxietyrelief #nervoussystem
This is underrated. People on the other side know. For those in a struggle… one day you will wake up and not understand why it’s not there anymore. You will be confused, scared it will come back, not anxious though, you will go through situations anxiety would usually be present, ask where is it? Then you will smile, maybe cry, be confused, all emotions, but it’s coming, believe it.

The aggressive exhale one is so underrated.. activating the vagus nerve through long exhales is one of the fastest ways to calm your nervous system.

These are really beautiful, and I hope your grandmother is doing well ❤️. Just want to comment quickly, to some people who might need to hear this, that there is absolutely nothing wrong with taking medication for your anxiety either x. Use every helpful tool at your disposal 💖

No 4 was so helpful! I noticed for the first time that a lot of my worries shrink when I try to give them structure and form through speaking them out loud.

Your grandma was a G! Fr though these tips are great. You can go from panic attack to borderline enlightened quick lol! Another trick that has helped me is using binaural beats. It helps me calm down and makes me feel great. Maybe that could help someone else idk! I use the ‘sona binaural’ app and it’s great. Awesome post 🙏
