El creador de contenido captaba en video la reacción de las mujeres cuando las abordaba en la calle o en negocios para "asaltarlas". De acuerdo con las autoridades municipales, existen reportes de mujeres que afirmaron sentirse intimidadas por las acciones del motociclista, cuyos videos acumulaban miles de reproducciones en redes sociales. Por otro lado, el pasado 6 de junio, el influencer identificado como José de 24 años, fue detenido por la Policía de Monterrey en la colonia Obrera cuando circulaba en una motocicleta presuntamente relacionada con un reporte de robo. Más tarde recuperó su libertad debido a que no existía flagrancia en los presuntos actos de acoso que permitiera imputarle un delito en ese momento.
