This is an exercise my pelvic floor specialist had me do with a ball or pillow. I’ve been using my thigh master with the same technique and it’s been great! If you struggle with urinary incontinence, slowly breathe out each time you press your legs together and draw your lower belly towards your spine at the same time. Hold that press for 10 seconds while you breathe out. Then slowly release and inhale. Trust me.
