Paying the debt is so hard when you know you need to save but it’s worth it. I’m on mat leave and needed to save but I just realised I was saving money to have payments for my debt so I’ve been doing half and half. Paying of debt with extra money I get and the other half in savings. It’s helped massively x

Think of it this way… Any money you spend on interest is the same as throwing it in the bin. Always pay off debt first.

whenever I get extra money I always split it into 3. one for additional debt payments , one for savings and one for extra spending .
