The Egyptians were so good at recording history that even if they wanted to erase something, they'd fail. Like that one woman Pharaoh they tried to erase from history and we still found out. Yet there is no mention of Hebrew slaves in Egypt annnnywhere. Just sayin'.

I learned a couple years ago that the ancient Egyptians we know today were studying ancient Egyptian history so essentially their history is SO old that even they were studying it before us

The slaves were not building pyramids 😭- they were building other things. The pyramids of Giza were 1000 years old by the time Moses came along. Slavery was always brutal tho.

Idk if this video is true or not but slavery had more to do with debt than racism during that time, so that probably would explain why they would be treated wayyy nicer than how white European and Americans treated people during slavery

There were some honorable burials but there were also mass graves. The pyramids were a generational undertaking, not every laborer in that time was treated equally
