once you leave the sewer area with Emily make sure you pick up the doll from her cell. scan the arm, put in the code while holding emily and the doll in your inventory and you should complete it. youre welcome 👍

I solved it here is how: so when you input the code if you look up you can see a speaker which means the sound is boradcasted so what you need to do is not defeat any of the singers then input the code and it will unlock

So, what I've gathered from that guy's comments on YT that solved it... The doll can be picked up near the bottom of the blood stairs when escaping the self destructing lab. It's description says something like "We'll be together forever and ever." And that it carries over to the next new game. Take it while holding Maria and put the code into the Sun Puzzle Box. Could be wrong, but that's just what I gathered 🤷
