Why make things so complicated. I bundle my clothes. Each bundle contains: 2 tops, 1 button-front shirt, 1 to 2 bottoms, 2 undies, 1 pair of socks. That 5 mix-n-match outfits per bundle x 5 bundles = 25 x 6-8 bottoms= 150 to 200 mix-match outfits.. it’s simple math. I travel 95% of the time with just my regular size backpack $30 (1 month + travel of clothes, 1 portable body pillow, lumbar support, and leg raise...all under 15 Ibs ) stowed under the front seat. I’ve saved thousands in fees every year in economy…
