a wheel stud change takes 15 minutes tops. just take the L and go on by your day. It happens to me like ones a week at work.

Tell the customer it broke for whatever reason. Then that you’ll cover it or fix it. 10/10 they’ll come back for honesty work

A small local tire shop broke mine doing a tire rotation and they said they don’t replace them and so I went to buy the replacement for $2 at oreallys and went to another professional tire shop that can replace it for $75 but then I bought my own tools to replace it myself but that tire shop lost me as a customer and the other tire shop gain me as a customer and I’ve gotten more work done with them because they do more than just tires.

Damn bro is a good businessman. I’ve had shops in the past break them and then come tell me they broke them and they’re not liable. I’ve also had shops tell me they couldn’t get the lugs off and I had to go loosen them for them😂
