@hicarsondogss: A few weeks ago, we hosted Girl Scouts at the Carson Shelter, and one of the kiddos named this big guy Cheeseball….sadly staff changed it to Large Man 🫩 he’s still Cheeseball to us 🧀💛 Large Man is one of the most tolerant dogs I’ve ever met. He has the sweetest temperament. He’s calm. He’s gentle. He’s soft🥺 Our vet thinks he has entropion, which is when the eyelashes roll inward and irritate the eye. It makes his eyes look uncomfortable and sometimes they are. The good news is that entropion is very common in large breeds and typically corrected with a straightforward surgery. It’s not a major or lifelong condition it just needs someone willing to help him get that care. Right now, there isn’t much that can be done for it at the shelter. So he just sits there with his sweet face and watery eyes and it breaks our hearts. If you love Rottweilers ..if you’ve ever known how loyal and incredible they are ..please come meet him!!
