So what if my iron is ok. Cause I got DARK under eye, losing my hair, exhausted, and extra pale these days. The corners of my lips crack all the time. Chopped it up to peri-menopause.

I don’t have any of that, I get hot easily, can’t stay asleep, weight gain, joint pain, heart palpitation’s, anxiety, so tired, shortness of breath. My hemoglobin is on the low side of normal, but my ferritin is a 9 …. 😳

I have high TIBC, but low iron saturation and my ferritin is a 6. My iron levels were 54 but he still told me to take an iron supplement? Will an iron supplement help my ferritin?

I've been a low iron girly my whole life. My ferritin is currently a 5 🤦♀️🙄 Hematologist says, all looks good, no need to come back even though I'm symptomatic

my ferritin sits between 850-920. my iron sits between 2-4. Doc doesn't seem worried because I have lupus. But dang, I'm sleepy. 😆

i received 3 iron infusions last year my ferritin went from 60 to 40 to know 20 over a year I feel like crap. my iron is 94 but PCP did NOT run a full iron panel. how do I get a referral to hematology or additional infusions? I need help. 😭 signed an exhausted restless leg, going bald ER nurse

Yes! I have extremely low iron and I can tell when my ferritin is extremely low because I look so pale and just not well!

Mine has been low for YEARS and my doctor always says it’s fine 😩 I’m so exhausted. I’m about to change doctors honestly. I need someone who understands that 16-24 is NOT okay. I feel like I’m dying every day and I’ve told him for 4 years now.

ferritin of 2 with oral iron intolerance for a decade, and hematologist brushed it off in 11 mins and said eat kale at every meal lol. also, 9% saturation and a history of ma adsorption conditions. more. freaking. kale.
