@jeansb79: all it took was a couple of women on the board who are friends with management to cause this amount of stress aggravation turned into a legal issue to fight for my rights as someone who is disabled and to have my PSD with me. My documentation doesn't seem to matter or the many times she gets lunged at barked growled attacked by other dogs off the leash. Other dogs here have bitten ppl attacking other dogs pee in the hallway elevator poo not picked up running out their doors down the hallways to attack you. Each time Bella remained at my side no barking growling or body language that would suggest she would fight back. My poor Bella has been bitten on her ankles by these 10-20lb dogs. I had to hear her cry out in pain and not allow her to defend herself in the way all dogs would. This is beyond ridiculous im tired of the constant discrimination against me & Bella. i follow all laws rules and a great deal of common courtesy towards neighbors even when most refuse to reciprocate. She is worth fighting for she has brought much joy back into my life on a medical perspective what she has been able to do for me is nothing short of a miracle for me. I will fight for her with every ounce of my being until my last breath or hers. you can't tell me she can't be here because you don't like the way she looks. these people need to face themselves in the mirror look into their own eyes and realize they're wicked nasty old hags who abused their authority as management who practice selective enforcement harassing those they don't like. imagine a large nonprofit harassing a specific demographic in order to make space for their chosen demographic. i'm a home health aide i have cared for this person for many years now. they don't want private HHA here. this is not an adult living facility its a 62 over HUD subsidized community managed by catholic housing management a proxy of catholic health services who pushes everyone else out and traps elderly citizens in their continuum of care facilitated by coast coast legal aid senior care project Jeff Hittleman esq. any legal issue and these residents are directed to him he keeps it out of the judical system he truly works on behalf of CHS not the resident.. he should not be representing these residents it's a conflict of interest which he denies. but the internet is forever. i have photographs of him operating his continuum of care clinic inside of these apartments with the same management team who harasses these elderly citizens. i have his signature on certificate of gratitude that was given to St Andrew's Towers thanking them for there work with his continuum of care project for the elderly. really trapping elderly into a service of care loop and given financial and medical control. i'm building a case against these slimy fucks. i have enough already but I want more. i want it to stick so hard they can't weasel their way out of anything. this is HUD subsidized for 62 + yet they have shall apartments were young men women move in and out in the cover of darkness staying for a few days to a few weeks before they move on. i've even seen whole families. 438 apts less then 100 voters many listed under 62 they are committing fraud using government grants to house ppl who shouldnt even be here. #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawarenes #sevicedogs #HUD #disabled
