I’m not sure if your going to reply but with the total cook time picture you put up with the steak thinkness of it is a 1/2 in steak would I do both sides for 5 minutes or 2 mins 30 seconds in each side?

Second try I got the crust perfect 👌🏽 but I think I might’ve over cooked it I was aiming for a medium rare +

I should’ve crusted it on high heat instead of medium high for a little longer. But overall came out perfect !!! Medium rare but leaning towards medium !!!
