Preheat oven to 400F. 2. Cut rice piper into small triangles. 3. Whisk together eggs and seasoning then dip triangles in egg mixture and lay on parchment paper. 4. Bake rice paper for about 8 minutes or until and crispy. You may have to do multiple batches in the oven (I did 3) to fit all rice paper triangles. 5. Toss triangles in cheddar powder. 6. Enjoy!
