One of the most powerful tools you can use to reach your goals is the POWER OF BELIEF. I used to think the phrase “You have to believe” was cheesy, a cliche you hear in movies or motivational speeches. Honestly, I used to laugh at it. “Yeah, right. Just believe and everything will magically fall into place” is what I would think to myself. Recently, I’ve started to understand how belief can genuinely transform your life. Too often, we approach our goals with an “I can’t” or “I’m not capable” mindset. This creates an immediate mental roadblock, conditioning your brain to associate that goal with failure before you’ve even tried. Instead, approach every challenge with a mindset of belief, no matter how far-fetched it may seem. You owe it to yourself to at least try. I’ve implemented this into my life within the past year, to just never stop believing in myself through the good, bad and ugly days. I’ve convinced myself no matter how far fetched something may seem if I act towards a certain belief for long enough I WILL make it a reality. Believe you can do it, even if deep down, you’re unsure. Override your brain’s default settings and refuse to let it build walls in your way.
