@gentle.yoga.space: As we get older, we naturally lose mobility in our hips, knees, and ankles — and that affects balance, strength, and even lower back comfort. That’s why this simple supported squat matters. Holding onto a counter takes pressure off the joints while gently strengthening your glutes, quads, and stabilizing muscles. Start small. Stay pain-free. Slow, controlled reps are what protect your joints long term. Do it consistently — and your body will thank you. Comment FLOW for full-body relief.

Tricia :
I was always poor not to squat below having your legs, parallel to the floor, otherwise it’s bad on your knees. My knees hurt just watching you do this. I hope I am wrong. Seriously, I would really love to be able to work out my quads again. I have bad knees from running.
