To anyone reading this, it will be okay. It's normal for you to relapse, it's normal for you to suddenly want to cry, it's normal to get angry by something "silly", it's normal to be sad. This doesn't make you a weak person or unworthy of anything. It just shows how strong you are for enduring all of this in silence. But sometimes silence is never the best option, sometimes it's necessary to vent to someone, this doesn't make you a burden. If you are reading this, you need to know that you are important and very special. Things may not be going well right now, but it will be okay! I came out of a deep depression that lasted about 6 years. Sometimes I feel very bad and think about relapsing, but I remember how strong I was to endure all of this, and that thought makes me happy. Things may not be going well for now, but they will. And believe me, nothing else will be able to shake you anymore<3
