@aliciarios47: I got home and car was still there. Tow truck came soon after and ALMOST towed it. By the time she ran out it was almost an hour and she was being difficult and not listening to the tow truck driver. That’s when I stepped out of my car and told her to hurry up. Still confused on the direction she came from because behind that building is just a walkway. The front doors to the apartments aren’t in that direction and her daughter (I’m assuming) came from the other direction.
