Honestly I think both parties are wrong. But especially the cop. Why can’t he just answer his question instead of being a brick wall with answering “why do I have to step out” instead of answering the actual question that was being asked. Drove me crazy. He’s supposed to be the trained one.

If any of you knew anything about what’s going on you would know the officer that approached in this video is the k9 officer. He was not first on scene. He said no to a search so they are conducting a free air sniff with the dog which is perfectly legal. They are not physically searching the car unless the dog alerts. If you are told to get out of the car you are to get out of the car regardless. Pennsylvania v Mims. Go ahead and look it up before you comment silly things.
