Hot take, I don’t think ProPresenter is the best option for smaller churches. Especially now that they are subscription based, ~$300/year is unrealistic for many small churches. If they are wanting more modern features, I’d probably advocate for Worship Tools Presenter before ever suggesting ProPresenter.

this definitely doesn't sound like a small church upgrade. most small churches would be lucky to afford half this. also OpenLP is a solid replacement for easy worship. Pro presenter just isn't worth a monthly fee.

I agree upgrading the board. But absolutely nothing wrong with easyworship. If they need more monitors or needing to do all kinds of extra stuff I can understand but at a small church I doubt they need it.

when I started with my first church we had EasyWorship. My current church we made the move into propresenter 7 and man everyone loves it!

You could go to the 64 Studio Live since they already know how to get around a Presonus. 32 local and 32 via stage box. Just an idea….
