@teaganjacobs.com: Maybe one of my most asked questions is “how do you get the pleating off the dress form?”. And the answer is simply, hand sewing! Every pleat is sewn by hand on the seam allowance or style lines, usually in a contrasting coloured thread. After it’s hand basted, it’s taken over to the sewing machine and stitched.
