I am type 2 diabetic. I started eating right and I go on my bike for an hour everyday. I am no longer on meds. I’ve got good thigh muscles and even have abs. Just the ab that goes down on my stomach but hey it’s something 😁 I also do 2 lbs weights while I’m on my bike.
