I used to play football on my own and kick the ball as hard as I hard as I could. Then I would go lie down with two heat pads. One at my tummy and one at my back ! I would take neurophen tabs and also sleep for hours ! Couph mixture is a good help to ! Drink some and sleep for hours !!!
