People are always shocked when they learn I don’t have a microwave. It’s honestly not as inconvenient as people assume. And you’re so right, it keeps me from eating all the trader Joe’s microwave items!

Our microwave broke a year ago and we didn’t replace it and literally don’t miss it at all. Plus leftovers taste so much better reheated in the stove, oven or air fryer!

I also don't have a microwave! I do have a glass airfryer that I love. For toast I just use a cast iron skillet and that works beautifully. Raspberry jam is my favorite!
