I found mine on accident. I had a good job and when me and a co-worker decided to start buying rental properties, I got my real estate license so we didn’t have to deal with an agent. I went down the real estate rabbit hole and within a year I left my job and have been selling real estate for the past 8+ years. Started it on the side and eventually grew it to much more.

Dude, I’m 47. My husband’s 53. Our son is finishing his freshman year in high school our daughter‘s graduating high school. I have no idea how we’re sending her to college. I’m supposed to plan a graduation party. Pay for a prom dress, etc. I can’t believe I’m back in a situation where I can’t pay for shit. We work full-time & always have. I deliver groceries on the side too.. But then again we live in New Jersey. Problem is, so does our family so we’re stuck here- I seriously hate my life.

I started collecting plants a little over a year ago. My collection has grown a lot and I’ve gotten to the point of being able to propagate and sell plants. There’s always a market for plants. Common and uncommon. It just takes patience. I’d love to open a store front someday selling my plants but for now, it’s just a side hustle.

I was a meat cutter for 20 years. But I always sold comic books on the side because it was something I loved. Over 15 years as a side hussle, I was able to quit my 40 hour job and do it full time making 6 figures. I suggest going something that involves your passion.

Well... I work a 9-5. Last year started making graphics for a podcast I listen to. Turned that into merch for the show. This year I'm at their request editing video clips to send them so they can share on socials. $0 extra made so far . I'm trying and learning though at 46.
