The zoo is huge we did half day tickets cause I didn’t think we needed a full day and we didn’t get through the whole thing! And as far as I’m aware everything they do is super humane and in the best interest of the animals and their well being which makes it better !! We love the Cheyenne mountain zoo

one of the best zoo's I've ever been to. Giraffes are a hit as you can feed them, and you can even do private interactions with some of the animals as well. Well worth it and definitely an entire day experience if you have never been!
