For anybody wondering about the resolution of this case: As of December 2024, Cherith Crown has been charged with accessory after the fact of murder and obstruction of justice. Her case is still working its way through the court system. Michael C. Clarkson was charged with murder, however, he committed suicide in jail before he could be prosecuted. Accessory after the fact seems like a light charge to me, considering she was aware of what was going to happen before it started, during the actual crime itself, even witnessing the victim suffering from massive injuries and not calling for help at any point. I guess they didn’t have strong enough evidence to charge her as an accomplice to the crime itself. Not to mention, child abuse, for bringing a small child into the crime scene, as well as, bringing him around someone who is actively using drugs in front of said child. So unbelievably sad.💔
