I broke no contact. She lifted the intensity throughout the day. Messaged me saying “we fit back easily”. I only then suggested a call. She immediately wanted space and blocked me 🤷🏻♂️

I decided to go no contact with her for 5months and sent her a message like that and now ill ask her out for a coffee/catch in a few days before i head on a 2month holiday , i love her but love myself more and I deserve respect and happiness

Last time when I was on date with my fa x was everything was in order and she looked at me with affection and she even hold my hand willingly even tho she usually doesn’t like that ,but efter that she ghosted me for a month and after that when I called her she said she was busy and a few hours later she broke up with me ,I didn’t even know why and what’s happened 😂

I don't think we'll ever get any answers on any emotional level..even if they come back regretting it..there are thousands of excuses...and thank you very much for this video..it helped I think we were lost after something like that!! Thing is, Rachel- I learned the hard, long way that you can learn all you want and none of it matters. As soon as the anxiety and inconsistency started, you already had enough info.

Moved 21 hrs to be with her after we worked together… completely changed my life. Got discarded and she broke up with me after a year. 3 weeks before the random discard we even both agreed it was the healthiest relationship we’ve both been in. Im pretty shaken up.

what if ive been discarded for the 2nd time, should i still reach out even if this time was brutal? i went to their place for clarification but he didnt not meet me. even told me that they'll never go home if im in there. he said we are toxic and incompatible and that we ended things long ago (?) which isn't true. we did not speak after that, when i went home. do i still reach out? it's been 21 days of no contact...
