Green Bean Sausage Alfredo Sheet Pan Meal Publix had fresh green beans BOGO, so obviously this meal had to make another appearance. 😂 This time I switched things up and used Truff French Onion Alfredo Sauce. If you love truffle, you’re going to freaking LOVE this sauce. The truffle/mushroomy flavor isn’t really my thing, but it was still good and the French onion Alfredo idea is freaking genius. You can absolutely use your favorite regular Alfredo instead. Ingredients 24 oz fresh green beans, washed and snipped 2 onions, sliced Olive oil 2 lbs mild Italian sausage 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp Italian seasoning, plus a little extra for the top 1 tsp salt, or more to taste 1 tsp black pepper, or more to taste 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided 1 jar Truff French Onion Alfredo Sauce, or your favorite Alfredo sauce 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese Crispy fried onions Directions Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown 2 lbs of mild Italian sausage in a skillet until nice and crispy. You know I like mine crispy crispy. Drain the excess fat and set aside. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Spread the sliced onions over the pan and drizzle with a little olive oil. Layer the freshly washed and snipped green beans right over the onions. Do not mix. Drizzle the green beans with a little more olive oil. Season with 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, at least 1 tsp each salt and black pepper, or more to taste, and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan. Add the crispy Italian sausage right over the green beans. Again, don’t mix it. Pour the Alfredo sauce over everything. Top with 8 oz shredded mozzarella, the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan, a little extra Italian seasoning and crispy fried onions. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. Scoop straight down through all those layers and get a little bit of everything. Easy freaking dinner and only one sheet pan! #sheetpandinner #Recipe #greenbeancasserole #cook #familydinner
