I agree it’s a minor offense, but if it’s on the books in that state that the officer has a right to pull them over don’t be mad at the officer be mad at the state that they incorporated the law most cops wouldn’t do this, but he legally can do it if it’s on the books the Sgt should educate them. That’s how I unless it’s something else egregious going on. Let’s not bother with this.

I've witnessed cops not using turn signals numerous times. Just while driving normally/not in pursuit of a suspect.
