I had PTSD attack today. It was one of the worst one I've had in a long time 😞 This song is what I need after that. Currently going through EMDR therapy and it's a struggle BUT I rather suffer that way than the other because I know that slowly I will learn how to cope better 🥺❤️

I love their songs!! I have Complex PTSD and I'm currently doing EMDR therapy!! It has been helping way more than regular counseling!! There's definitely a lot of different counselors out there that specializes in trauma and other areas!! Thank You Citizen Soldier!! 🥰
