@copperandmossbotanics: Elodie of course requires her own reintroduction now that there are so many new lovely faces around here and quite frankly, she's a pretty big deal. Flat-coated retriever, country soul, and never seen without her beloved Mr Orangutan - who attends everything and should probably start paying rent. She has a way of sitting quietly beside me, offering her silent hands of support when words are too much - muddy paws, gentle eyes, saying nothing, yet somehow holding everything. She’s carried me through seasons I’ll never quite know how to repay and somehow made the hard days softer just by being there. I will be forever grateful that her first family chose a different path because it led her down a winding lane to me.
