I saw an idea on Reddit that Tyra should open her own modeling agency called Banks, and actually manage a group of girl and sending them out try for real jobs. Not sure how the weekly elimination could work though.

that was kinda of what cycle 23 tried to do right? creating a brand around the model. not sure it worked but that was kind the new thing they wanted to do (before they got tyra back)

For the makeovers: Have the girls consult with a stylist first and talk to them about what they can do to their hair and talk about their personal styles and have the stylist talk to them about the changes they can do, and then take all that into consideration in choosing the final makeover first makeover day

Since we are now in the influencer era where the models themselves curate their own pjotos, I think after their shoot, they will be taken into the editing room where they pick their photo spread. One photo as their "hero" photo and the other two as their supporting shots. They will also be judged for that and this teaches girls how to curate their own portfolios as well as diversifying the shots they do, like if a girl picks the same three poses it's not really a good idea etc.
