It is uncomfortable, it’s so hot in them but they do their job. I lost over 100 lbs and have a lot of lose skin so these help me out a lot. My clothes look way better but like I said they are uncomfortable but they do cause quite a bit of heat.

aye I got the tank the reg shirt and long sleeve...kept me warm in the winter. its hot as hell now and I work construction...keeps me cool...and the sweat is controlled. like I dont feel it
