@marcosfunhouse: Was this trip to the @American Girl technically for my niece? Yes. But unfortunately for her… she has a gay uncle. I always loved dolls and Barbies. I hid it from my parents out of shame and fear my entire childhood. I remember telling them I was going over to my neighbor’s house to play with the boy my age… when really, I would secretly hang out and play Barbies with his younger sister for hours on end.
